FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas rose three spots to No. 10 in the ESPN/USA Softball poll announced Tuesday.
The Razorbacks (29-8, 8-7 SEC) won a series at then-No. 2 Florida over the weekend before crushing North Florida 14-0 in 5 innings Monday. The Gators fell six spots to No. 8.
There are 12 SEC teams in the poll, including 5 of the top 6: Texas (No. 1), Oklahoma (2), Texas A&M (3), Tennessee (5) and LSU (6). Other ranked teams from the conference are Florida, Arkansas, South Carolina (11), Mississippi State (15), Ole Miss (19), Georgia (20) and Alabama (22).
