FAYETTEVILLE — The second-seeded Arkansas soccer team hosts third-seeded Stanford at 6 p.m. Sunday at Razorback Field.
The winner of Sunday's match will face the winner of top-seeded Mississippi State's match against fourth-seeded Notre Dame. The highest-remaining seed will host the match, and the winner of that Elite Eight contest will advance to the College Cup in Cary, N.C.
The Razorbacks (16-2-2) earned a No. 2 seed for the third time in four seasons and advanced past the second round for the first time in two years after beating California 1-0 on Friday. Arkansas was upset by Pittsburgh last season in the second round at home.
