Arkansas Coach Bret Bielema and his staff signed the No. 1 tight end and No. 6 wide receiver in junior college Wednesday, the first day midyear transfers could sign with a school.
The Razorbacks also received an oral commitment from Brandon Martin, the wide receiver rated No. 1 by ESPN and No. 2 overall junior college prospect.
Tight end Jeremy Patton, 6-6, 250 pounds, 4.59 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Arizona Western College, signed with the Hogs around noon. He also had scholarship offers from Alabama, Southern Cal, Auburn, Louisville, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Arizona, Arizona State and others.
