FAYETTEVILLE - The Arkansas running backs coach is soon to be the former Razorbacks running backs coach.
Jemal Singleton is leaving Arkansas to take the same job in the NFL with Indianapolis Colts. As of the time of this writing, the move was not official, but was preparing to be finalized.
Singleton spent one season at Arkansas leading the team to the fourth-ranked rushing offense in the Southeastern Conference and helping running back Alex Collins to a career season. Collins ran for 1,577 yards and 20 touchdowns in his junior season. The totals allowed him to make the leap to NFL Draft where he expected to be a mid-round selection and perhaps the first underclassman running back taken.
