FAYETTEVILLE — One of Arkansas signees, two of the Razorbacks’ top sophomore targets and one of the state’s top junior girls basketball players will all be trying to win state championships at Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs this weekend.
Jacksonville guard and Arkansas signee Davonte Davis (6-4, 175) will lead the Titans (20-5) against West Memphis (26-4) and Auburn signee Chris Moore (6-6, 220), an AAU teammate of Davis, in the Class 5A championship game Saturday at 1:15 p.m.
Davis had 30 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists in a 82-69 quarterfinal round win over Green County Tech and 21 points and 5 rebounds in a 54-53 win over Marion in the semifinals on Saturday.
