ORLANDO — Four-star cornerback Chevin Calloway says the recruiting chase is down to Arkansas, Texas and Ole Miss.
Calloway told GN at the Under Armour All-America Game media day Tuesday that those schools are his finalists. Calloway (5 feet 10, 180 pounds), from Dallas Bishop Dunne, is considered one of the top 15 cornerbacks nationally in the class of 2017.
Calloway did not tip his hand on where he might be leaning, but he did have high praise for Arkansas coach Bret Bielema.
“I heard he walks around at practice with flip-flops,” Calloway said. “He’s a real laid-back guy; he’s real cool and real genuine.
