Arkansas linebacker Dre Greenlaw will likely miss the rest of the season with a broken foot, Razorbacks coach Bret Bielema said Saturday night.
Greenlaw, a sophomore, suffered the injury during Arkansas’ 49-30 loss to Alabama earlier in the evening and did not return to the game.
When the injury occurred midway through the first quarter, Greenlaw was carted off the field and into the locker room. He later returned to the Arkansas sideline near the end of the first half on crutches.
During the game, Arkansas initially announced in the press box that Greenlaw’s injury was a “foot contusion” and that his return was questionable.
