FAYETTEVILLE — Stetson transfer Abayomi Iyiola, who had 19 points and 5 rebounds in a game at Duke last season, has decided to transfer to Arkansas.
Iyiola (6-9, 210), who played for former Stetson coach and current Razorback assistant Corey Williams the past two seasons, chose the Arkansas over Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Washington State, Rutgers and others.
He announced the decision Monday via Twitter.
Iyiola averaged 10.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks last season and will have two years to play for the Razorbacks after sitting out this season due to NCAA rules.
He played his high school basketball for Decatur, Ga.
