Fayetteville-- The NCAA transfer portal opened up on Wednesday and Arkansas was quick to get four transfers on campus.
The four play on the defensive side of the ball.
Troy edge rusher Phillip Lee, 6-4, 240 pounds, arrived in Fayetteville Thursday evening and will leave on Saturday.
He started 10 of 12 games last year as a junior and had 31 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, a forced fumble and a pass break up. He had 53 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 7.5 sacks in three seasons at Troy.
Kent State linebacker transfer Trent Whalen, 6-2, 235 pounds, is also visiting Arkansas and will leave on Saturday.
