FAYETTEVILLE — Defense was stout and offense found its rhythm after a rough start for the Arkansas football team Saturday.
The Razorbacks defeated Louisiana Tech 35-14 in front of an announced attendance of 66,041 at Reynolds Razorback Stadium to clinch bowl eligibility. Arkansas (6-5) is scheduled to close the regular season with a game at No. 23 Missouri next Saturday and will learn of its bowl destination Dec. 8.
Quarterback Taylen Green threw touchdown passes of 11 and 27 yards to Isaac TeSlaa and rushed for a 41-yard touchdown during a span of less than 11 minutes late in the second quarter and early in the third quarter to help the Razorbacks turn a scoreless tie into a 21-0 lead.
