FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas' men and women finished second in the program of the year rankings, as determined by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Program of the year rankings are determined by team scores at the NCAA meets for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field. Oregon's men and women won the awards.
The Razorbacks' women won the the indoor meet for the first time, finished fourth outdoors and fifth in cross country. Arkansas' men had third-place finishes at the indoor and outdoor meets, and were 28th in cross country.
The men won the USTFCCCA's John McDonnell Award for program of the year in 2013.
