Two more Arkansas players won’t be back with the team for the 2017 season.
Both defensive lineman Tevin Beanum and linebacker Khalia Hackett are leaving the program, Razorbacks coach Bret Bielema announced Saturday.
Both Beanum and Hackett were juniors this past season.
Beanum, who started seven of 12 games this past season, has decided to quit football, while Hackett will transfer.
Beanum had 21 tackles this season and one quarterback hurry. For his career, he had 62 tackles, including 7.5 for a loss and two sacks, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, six quarterback hurries and one pass breakup.
