FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas overcame a double-digit first half deficit, then held on to beat Texas Tech 75-68 in overtime Saturday in the Big 12/SEC Challenge at Bud Walton Arena.
The Razorbacks forced overtime on a putback by Moses Kingsley with 13.6 seconds remaining and never trailed in the extra period. The Red Raiders had a chance to win the game in regulation, but Devaugntah Williams missed a contested layup as time expired.
Arkansas (11-10) won its second straight game after upsetting No. 5 Texas A&M on Wednesday.
