Arkansas defeated college basketball’s top-ranked team again Thursday night.
This time it sent the Razorbacks to within one game of the Final Four.
Arkansas won in the Sweet 16 for the second consecutive season with a 74-68 victory over No. 1 Gonzaga at Chase Center in San Francisco. The Razorbacks (28-8) will play Duke or Texas Tech in the final game of the NCAA West Region on Saturday, and the winner will advance to the Final Four in New Orleans.
Duke and Texas Tech, the No. 2 and 3 seeds from the West Region, are scheduled to play the late game in San Francisco on Thursday.
