The 2016 recruiting class is going to be vital for the future of the Arkansas basketball program and it's off to a great start with the commitment of Junior College All-American Daryl Macon. Macon took an unofficial visit to Arkansas this week and is pulling the trigger for the Hogs.
Macon was a prolific scorer as a freshman at Holmes, scoring 23 points per game, including 36.9% from three and 88.5% from the free throw line. He's chosen the Razorbacks over offers from Ole Miss, Memphis, Mississippi State and others while several other schools have been showing interest.
