FAYETTEVILLE — Poor three-point shooting has plagued the Arkansas men’s basketball team through a winless three-game start to SEC play.
The Razorbacks (11-5, 0-3 SEC) entered Saturday’s matchup against No. 8 Florida shooting at a 21% clip from deep in league play. The percentage was second worst in the SEC, and it only dropped against the Gators.
Arkansas was 3 of 16 (18.8%) from distance in a 71-63 loss. The percentage would have been worse if not for a deep, banked in three-pointer by Boogie Fland with 10 seconds remaining.
The only Razorback to shoot above 50% from range was Fland, who made 2 of 3.
