FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas men's basketball team will be without its leading scorer in its game Wednesday against Texas at Bud Walton Arena.
Adou Thiero, who averages 15.6 points per game, was listed as out on the initial SEC availability report that was released Tuesday. He exited the 92-85 win over Missouri last Saturday with a back injury.
Thiero scored 11 points and had 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the win over Missouri.
"He's been taking it day by day, taking it slowly," Arkansas assistant coach Chuck Martin said, "trying to make sure that we put him in the best possible position to continue to improve.
