Rubber games are bouncing the wrong way for the Arkansas baseball team.
The fourth-ranked Razorbacks blew a 5-1 lead and lost 9-5 at Florida on Sunday in the series finale.
Arkansas (37-9, 14-7 SEC) lost its third consecutive series for the first time since 2016. The Razorbacks also lost series at Georgia and at home against Texas A&M when the series was tied 1-1 going into the finale.
The Gators (30-16, 8-13) won their third consecutive SEC series and won for the 10th time in 12 games overall. Florida coach Kevin O’Sullivan said winning the Arkansas series was important to his team’s chances at making the NCAA postseason.
