Arkansas coach Mike Anderson had a simple explanation as to why forward Reggie Chaney appears more comfortable and plays his best basketball when coming off the bench this season: He's a freshman.
Chaney was not Arkansas' leading scorer in the Razorbacks' 72-60 win, which snapped an ugly four-game losing streak, nor was he the team's leading rebounder, but, man, did he have an impact. In 23 minutes against the Tigers, his most since playing 27 in the overtime loss to LSU, Chaney stuffed the stat sheet with six points, six rebounds, four assists and a pair of steals.
