Quarterback Austin Allen and running back David Williams were statistical leaders for their team during the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl on Saturday in Pasadena, Calif.
Allen completed 6 of 9 passes for 75 yards and Williams rushed 6 times for 28 yards for the National team, which defeated the American team 23-0 at the Rose Bowl.
Williams' longest run of 10 yards set up the National team's first score. The run came one play after the National defense recovered a fumble by American quarterback Kenny Hill at the 11. Williams' run to the 1 was followed by a touchdown run one play later.
