2026 D-lineman Carnell Jackson commits to Arkansas football

Two days after an unofficial visit to Arkansas, defensive tackle Carnell Jackson committed to the Razorbacks.

Jackson Jr., 6-3 and 335 pounds, of Auburn, Ala., visited Fayetteville on Friday and watched Saturday’s scrimmage.

He chose Arkansas over scholarship offers from South Florida, Tulane, Alabama-Birmingham, Memphis and several others.

Jackson received his Arkansas offer from defensive line coach Deke Adams on March 14. He earneddefensive line MVP honors at the Rivals Camp on March 8 in Dothan, Ala.

247Sports is the lone recruiting service to rate Jackson. The service rates him a 3-star prospect. He recorded 36 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 12 quarterback hurries and 1 blocked field goal last season.
