EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- The Arkansas-Little Rock men's basketball team has struggled in recent weeks, losing 4 of 6 games to close the regular season.
The Trojans will have to turn things around quickly if they hope to find postseason success as they begin play Thursday night in the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament at the Ford Center.
Fourth-seeded UALR (18-13, 12-8 OVC) will need to win three games in three nights in order to win the tournament and claim the OVC's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Its tournament opener will be a quarterfinal matchup with Tennessee-Martin, which defeated Tennesse Tech on Wednesday night in the first round.
