KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Little Rock wrestling fans, welcome to tournament season. The Trojans showed up to the Tiger Style Invitational this weekend to let the competition know what Trojan Style has become, which involved two first-place individual wins from Nasir Bailey and Stephen Little as well as an overall second-place team finish.
Little Rock as a whole out-performed Big10 school Maryland, Pac-12 foes Cal Poly, and familiar faces SIUE and Lindenwood, finishing less than 40 points behind host team, #4 nationally ranked Missouri. The second place team standing is the highest finish that the Trojans have put together in program history and the first time that two Trojans have come home with individual titles, after Little and Bailey claimed upset wins during the finals.
