LITTLE ROCK – Current men's golfers George Trujillo and Linus Yip will join former Trojan Johann Voss in a pair of national amateur championships in the coming week.
Yip will compete in the Australian Amateur Championship while Trujillo and Voss will compete at the Latin American Amateur Championship.
Yip, a sophomore, competed in one event for Little Rock in the 2015 fall season. He posted three top-25 finishes and one top-five finish as a freshman in 2014-15.
The Australian Amateur Championship will be played Jan. 12-17 at Metropolitan Golf Course and Peninsula-Kingswood Country Golf Club.
