TOPEKA, Kan. – The Little Rock swimming and diving team began the Kansas Classic today, the first of three days comprising the midseason meet. Despite competing against six other tough Division I teams, the Trojans had seven swimmers qualifying for the evening final sessions, along with A, B, and C relays for both the 200 free and 400 yard medley relays.
"Today was one of the better starts we've had for the first day of a championship," said head coach Amy Burgess. "We had almost 100% in season best times and multiple lifetime best.
