LITTLE ROCK – Michael McGruder had one of the best sprinting days in Trojan history, the Trojans won seven events and broke five facility records during the Little Rock Open at the Coleman Sports & Recreation Complex on Friday and Saturday.
McGruder posted one of the greatest sprinting times in Little Rock history, running the 100 in a time of 10.17 seconds. Entering Saturday, that mark places him as the third-fastest 100-meter runner in the nation, moving him up from 17th. That time also improves his second-best mark in program history by 0.15 seconds and breaks the previous Coleman Complex record that he held last year at 10.
