WAUKEE, IA. - The Little Rock swimming and diving team has been putting in the work all season in preparation for this week's 2025 Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Swimming and Diving Championships. The four-day meet kicks off tomorrow afternoon at the Waukee CSD Natatorium in Waukee, IA, where the Trojans will showcase their progress under second-year head coach Nathan Townsend.
"All season long, we've talked about speaking the same language and putting ourselves in the best position to succeed, no matter what. We've been able to do that the whole season, and this meet is just another opportunity to show everyone what the Trojans are made of.
