LITTLE ROCK – Former Little Rock Trojan Ryan Scott continues to earn All-American honors two weeks after being drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the seventh round of the MLB Draft. Earlier this week, Scott was named a Third Team All-American by Perfect Game and was also named to HERO Sports D1 Baseball All-America Team.
Little Rock's most decorated player in program history has now been named an All-American six different times this postseason, three more than any other former Trojan.
In addition to his recent honors, Scott was named an ABCA/Rawlings First Team All-American, a Louisville Slugger First Team All-American, a D1Baseball Third Team All-American and a College Sports Madness Third Team All-American.
