JONESBORO, Ark. – Sali Kouorouma led all players with 22 points and was one of five Trojans in double figures as Little Rock rallied back from a 13-point second half deficit for a 73-69 win at Arkansas State Saturday afternoon.
Little Rock (14-8, 7-3 Sun Belt) swept its in-state rival for the second straight year and in the final conference meeting between the two foes. Meanwhile Arkansas State (11-14, 4-8) lost to Little Rock for the eighth time in 10 games.
Kourouma recorded her second career double-double as she grabbed 11 rebounds to go with her game-high 22 points.
