LITTLE ROCK – The Little Rock Trojan soccer team (3-5-6, 0-1-4 Sun Belt) drew its fourth-straight tie this evening against an aggressive Coastal Carolina squad (4-5-2, 2-1-1 Sun Belt), earning yet another point toward Sun Belt play. Not only does this give the Trojans the most draws in the country, it also marks the most ties in a single season in program history (6), one more than in 2015.
"I'm delighted with another point and another clean sheet," said head coach Mark Foster. "I have so much for respect for Coastal Carolina. They've been one of the best teams in the league for several years and have done a great job, so any time you play a team like that, you need a bit of luck and we got that a few times tonight.
