LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Daedrianna Cail showed why she is the Ohio Valley Conference's reigning Newcomer of the Week, putting down a team-leading 11 kills and recording a career-high .625 and match-leading four blocks but she wasn't able to overcome a potent Morehead State attack in a 3-0 loss to the Eagles Saturday afternoon.
Cail's performance was the highlight of the day for Little Rock (4-18, 1-8 OVC) as the Trojans hit only .113 despite Cail's strong hitting performance. Little Rock did not hit above .150 in any single set while the Eagles failed to hit below .
