FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The Little Rock Cross Country teams will compete at the NCAA South Central Region Championship on Friday with the women's 6K starting at 10:30 a.m. followed by the men's 10K at 11:30 a.m. at Agri Park in Fayetteville. The meet is hosted by the University of Arkansas.
The men's team enters the meet after recording their highest finish in a conference meet since 2013 with a third place finish at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships. Senior Spencer Cardinal led all Trojans finishing second over the 8K course and setting the new Little Rock record with a time of 23:49.
