LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – had a double-double with 18 kills and 19 digs and Little Rock pushed Lindenwood to the brink but the visiting Lions slipped past the Trojans, 3-2, in the home finale at the Jack Stephens Center Saturday afternoon.
The two teams were tied 13-13 in the pivotal third set before Nyah Wilson put consecutive kills down to clinch the match for Lindenwood (10-15, 7-9 Ohio Valley). Wilson led all players in kills and added 10 digs of her own. Set scores were 25-12, 15-25, 25-21, 17-25 and 15-13.
For Jansen, it was her second consecutive double-double – a needed effort for a team limited to just 10 active players due to a bevy of injuries.
