BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – After rolling through the Ohio Valley Conference with a nearly unblemished record, Little Rock has claimed the outright league championship in the regular season and will be the No. 1 seed in the upcoming OVC Tournament.
By virtue of their seeding, the Trojans will get a double-round bye and will not play until Friday in the semifinals. Little Rock will play either No. 4 Southeast Missouri, No. 5 UT Martin or No. 8 Morehead State with a 1 p.m. tip-off set for March 3 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana.
This marks the 15th time in the past 16 years that Little Rock's Team will make an appearance in the semifinals of their conference tournament, the third-longest streak in the country.
