STILLWATER, Okla. – Juniors Spencer Cardinal and Matilda Horton each led the Trojans Saturday morning as Little Rock competed at the Weis-Crockett Invitational in Stillwater.
Cardinal placed 94th overall with a team-leading 8K time of 25:04.7 while Horton's 6K time of 22:57.8, which placed her 146th, is the second-fastest time by an Ohio Valley Conference runner to date.
Kyla Lochtefeld also entered the top 10 in the OVC charts as her time of 23:36.7 ranks ninth in the league. Ariana Garcia clocked a personal best time by over 19 seconds, running 24:05.
