SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Matias Calderon climbed 11 spots with a 2-under 70 in Tuesday's final round to tie for sixth place at the Lone Star Invitational at Briggs Ranch Golf Course. Calderon finished the event at 3 over par.
As a team, Little Rock tied for eighth place, moving up a spot over the course of the final day. The Trojans finished with a team score of 903, matching Southeastern Louisiana's team score and leaving the Trojans just five shots outside the top-five.
New Mexico won the tournament with a team score of 877.
