BALTIMORE -- On the third attempt to convert a fourth-down in the first half Sunday, Denver Broncos coach Sean Payton reached deep into his playbook.
Facing a fourth-and-goal from the Baltimore Ravens' 2-yard line, quarterback Bo Nix took the snap, handed the ball to running back Javonte Williams, who then flipped the ball to wide receiver Courtland Sutton. Sutton, who had thrown a pass in the fourth quarter of the Broncos' win over the Carolina Panthers last week, threw to Nix in the right front corner of the end zone for the score.
