MAUMELLE – With a final-round 77, Shania Berger maintained her standings from the first day of the Little Rock/Arkansas State Women's Invitational to finish in a tie for fourth place as an individual at the Maumelle Country Club on Tuesday afternoon.
Berger ended the three-round tournament with a total of 225, a 9-over-par on the par-72 course. Berger was aided greatly in her fourth-place finish when she shot a 69 in Monday's second round. That score proved to be the lowest single round for any student-athlete throughout the tournament.
The tournament's individual winner, Verena Gimmy of Missouri State, ended with a 3-over-par 219.
