TUCSON - Arizona may be 12-1 with the Pac-12’s best scoring defense in non-conference play, but coach Sean Miller says the Wildcats' defense will need to be better in conference play.
At some point soon, maybe Kaleb Tarczewski will help that effort.
Tarczewski returned to practice in limited form this week, but Miller said Tuesday it’s still too early to tell if he’ll be ready to play on Sunday against ASU or later in January.
“He’s now able to shoot and for the first time do a few things,” Miller said on the Pac-12’s conference-opening teleconference call Tuesday.
