The Arizona Wildcats’ backcourt continues to stand out in practice as Seattle U grad transfer Terrell Brown won the gold jersey this week, the award given to the best player in practice.
Point guard James Akinjo won it last week after sophomore forward Jordan Brown (x2) and sophomore center Christian Koloko won the first three gold jerseys.
The 6-foot-1 Brown is expected to have a major role for the Wildcats, whether that be as a starter or a sixth man. He averaged 20.
