As Pac-12 Arizona ran no new content on Wednesday, the conference commissioner that set up that plan reached a new plateau. The much-maligned Larry Scott went over the $4 million per year mark last year, as the conference's revenues continued to increase. He's the first conference commissioner to reach this number.
