Junior College defensive linemen Matt Leo of Arizona Western College had committed to Arizona yesterday. Just like the continent, Leo is Huge! At 6-foot-7 and over 265 pounds, he’s certainly a large specimen.
Not much is known about Leo, other than a few schools have been recruiting him. Matt hails from Adelaide, Australia, and he hasn’t been playing football for very long. He is a low-risk and high reward type of player.
Thursday, Leo told the Arizona Daily Star that he had verbally committed to the Wildcats making him the 4th defensive player and 26th commitment of the 2017 recruiting class.
