The Pac-12 has joined the ranks of most other conferences in holding a postseason college baseball tournament.
The Pac-12 Baseball Tournament is set for May 25-29 at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Ariz., about two hours north of Hi Corbett Field. The double-elimination event will feature the top eight teams in the regular season standings, with the champion earning the Pac-12’s automatic bid to the NCAA tourney.
This tournament was on the books for 2020 but never happened after college sports were shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. No tourney was held following the 2021 season, which saw Arizona win the outright regular season title for the first time since 1992.
