Sean Miller opened the door for speculation Saturday when he choked up while thanking Arizona Wildcats fans for “everything” over the last 10 years, some analyzing that as Miller hinting that he has coached his last game at the UA.
Miller, linked the federal investigation into college basketball corruption, then declined to comment when asked by a reporter if he has any doubts about his future at the UA, not exactly squashing the guesswork.
But this will help.
Nico Mannion, the centerpiece of Arizona’s top-ranked 2019 recruiting class, tweeted Sunday that he had a “great conversation” with Miller and that he is “more excited than ever to be a Wildcat” after seeing the fan support at Saturday’s loss to Arizona State.
