Sean Miller released a statement Tuesday saying he was “devastated” to learn of the recruiting allegations made against assistant coach Book Richardson.
Those were Miller’s first public comments since Richardson’s arrest (and subsequent suspension), but Miller will speak at length with the media Thursday afternoon.
He won’t be discussing anything related to Richardson or the FBI investigation, though, as the UA said Miller will be discussing the upcoming season and will only be responding to “basketball-related questions.”
The Arizona Wildcats were scheduled to have their annual media day on Sept. 27, but that was postponed after the FBI’s findings involving Richardson went public.
