Jill Aguilera had a brace and Desiree Foster scored her first career goal as Arizona soccer returned to the win column with a 3-2 victory over Cal State Northridge on Sunday in Tempe.
Aguilera’s two goals—her first of the season—give her 26 for her career, third-most in program history. Only Gabi Stoian (29) and Mallory Miller (32) have more.
Aguilera scored in the 12th and 36th minutes. Both were assisted by freshman Gianna Christiansen, her first career points.
Foster, a freshman, scored in the 13th minute off an assist from Jordan Hall to give the Wildcats a 2-0 lead.
