For those that didn’t know, once incoming freshman Terry Armstrong decided just a couple of weeks ago that he would be skipping college, to instead play basketball professionally overseas.
Well, now that Armstrong will not be play basketball at Arizona this season, he instead will be heading to Australia, where he will be playing professionally in the National Basketball League (NBL) for the South East Melbourne Phoenix.
The news of Terry’s new team made the rounds on Social Media on Friday, first starting with Draft Express.
While this is certainly a tough loss for Arizona, hey, it’s hard to blame the kid for wanting to earn money while playing basketball.
