Growth is good with any college football program, and it seems Arizona is going through that currently. Former running back coach Clarence McKinney went on to Texas Southern to be a head coach, while in comes former NFL running back Demarco Murray in his place.
Nearly two weeks after being rumored to be a serious candidate for the Wildcats, it seems it will finally be official. The news broke on Wednesday evening that Murray was set to become the new position coach.
Murray, a former standout as an NFL running back, certainly comes in as a bit of an unknown, having never coached professionally.
