Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is taking his shimmy to the Twin Cities.
The former Arizona Wildcats standout has signed a free agent deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to Yahoo! Sports’ Chris Haynes. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Minnesota will be the third team in as many season for the 25-year-old Hollis-Jefferson, who spent 2019-20 with the Toronto Raptors after spending his first four seasons with the Brooklyn Nets. He averaged 7.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 60 regular-season games with Toronto, starting six times, but in the NBA Playoffs he saw just 14 minutes of action over five games.
