Former Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate has his sights set on the NFL.
He's turned to a former NFL quarterback to help him try to get there.
The former Wildcat has been training with Donovan McNabb in Scottsdale in preparation for possible NFL workouts over the past few weeks.
He opened up about his NFL preparations with McNabb in an interview with the Arizona Daily Star.
"It helps out a lot," Tate told the Arizona Daily Star. "I’ve been getting a lot of insight from him. I’ve been working a lot from under center, because even though the NFL is all shotgun, there are some offenses that require you to be under center.
